Just don’t buy anything ever with this company. There was an issue with the processing of my order which meant it was never dispatched. I ordered these goods on 29th July. I asked for a refund which should be simple to be told this had to be done by someone in Amsterdam and they were on holiday! Eventually allegedly someone in America processed this on the 18th august. Guess what. Still no refund. These people will
Steal your money. Laugh at you when you ask for a refund. Nothing but a bunch of thieves - honestly steer well clear !
I am a returning customer to 7FAM. My heart sank when I read the frustrations of customers expressed here. However, it has not been my experience. I received the jeans within a week. I returned 2 pairs and kept one. Money was refunded within 1 day of receipt of goods. Perhaps the Company has taken note.......

The worst level of customer service I…
The worst level of customer service I have ever received! Totally shocking.
Im not one to leave bad reviews but I feel so strongly about this, customers of this firm need to know.
In a nutshell, jeans ordered but not received on time. Tracking checked by me and apparently the product has been returned albeit I’ve not returned it.
I call up and ask for a replacement which they can’t do apparently until the product has been received back by them. No apology, no offer to provide a loyal customer with a discount on a future order, and no refund until they receive the product back which they now don’t know where it is apart from it’s a failed delivery. Might take weeks to resolve!
Unfortunately I think the bad reviews are totally justified. Such a shame when the product itself is good.
Just no interest in trying to provide customer satisfaction! I dealt with Lucy and her superior Shaun. I’m really not interest in his comments about process mapping. They should focus on looking after their customers which I suspect will be dropping every day.

THEY DONT REFUND
. Don't they comply now with consumer law???? use brexit as excuse tell you to wait at least 30 days.
Anyway I have proof of delivery back and they even admit they have it they just want to hold on to your money as long as they can. I will seek refund via PayPal or credit card if it isn't refunded.
Appalling refund process and customer service
Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Horrendous customer service. I don’t know any brand that takes so long to process a refund. Effectively using our cash as their credit facility. Will never buy from them again.

7 FAM Slimmy Denim is faulty product
I bought a denim from House of Fraser in Manchester at £120. In less then 4-5 months, the denim was torn from hips. I tried to return it but the store refused to take it back.
I consulted a friend, who is denim manufacturer, he explained to me that chlorine has not been extracted from the denim during the process hence it has weakened the denim cloth and it tore.
The products are defective and my advice to consumer is that you should stay well away from this denim product as it is faulty.
No refund on faulty jeans
I bought a pair of jeans from this company which seemed lovely. However after wearing them for a few hours I realised there was a fault with one of the seams which caused my skin to bleed. I attempted to return them for a refund but the customer service is a shambles. I have been trying for two months and exchanged 17 (!) emails with a customer support person called Bobbi. I advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

Don’t expect to receive your refund within a reasonable period if you return your purchase after ordering on line. I’m still waiting after 6 weeks from when 7 For All Mankind received the goods back into their warehouse. I won’t be buying from this company again.
This brand doesn’t care about its customers
Really disappointed in the customer service from this so called premium brand. Got a pair of jeans from them that have clearly got a flaw in the material. Without even asking for them back for inspection it has been dismissed as normal wear and tear. Was only asking and expecting a replacement to be sent.

STILL no refund, despite receiving my order of over £400 back to their depot on 19th Jan. they told me it needs to be sent to their Netherlands depot, however that’s pretty irrelevant seeing at the law states that they need to issue a refund after 14 days of receiving the goods which they did weeks ago. They could walk them over the the Netherlands for all I care, just refund my money!
